Horrible dealership and they don’t value their customer, they are all liars from the General Manager to the service Manager. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from the general manager of the dealership.

We bought a 2026 Kia Carnival SX from Southaven Kia. Austin and Ricardo were both professional, and the dealership ultimately honored the agreed vehicle discount, trade value, rebates, and military sales tax treatment. Austin was also responsive after the sale when the paperwork needed an address correction and followed through with updated documents. Overall, we got the right vehicle at terms we were comfortable with, and the staff worked to correct the paperwork. I would recommend the dealership
The service was wonderful, not sure if its because they're new but I enjoyed the service and everyone is polite and kind. They explain everything so you can understand so you won't feel like you're being taken advantage of. The service was fast, I went in for an oil change, filter change and something else, it didn't take no time I don't believe I waited a good 30 minutes.
