Horrible experience. My first sales rep was terminated due to unprofessionalism. Items promised with the purchase of my new vehicle was promised within the week and took over 6 weeks for me to receive after several attempts of me reaching out to my new sales rep and management. It was a very disappointing experience!

We told him what we were looking for, got in for a test drive, answered all of our questions about the vehicle, and we were out in time to feed the cats at 3. The team here have definitely earned a repeat customer once it's time for another car.

We bought a 2026 Kia Carnival SX from Southaven Kia. Austin and Ricardo were both professional, and the dealership ultimately honored the agreed vehicle discount, trade value, rebates, and military sales tax treatment. Austin was also responsive after the sale when the paperwork needed an address correction and followed through with updated documents. Overall, we got the right vehicle at terms we were comfortable with, and the staff worked to correct the paperwork. I would recommend the dealership
The service was wonderful, not sure if its because they're new but I enjoyed the service and everyone is polite and kind. They explain everything so you can understand so you won't feel like you're being taken advantage of. The service was fast, I went in for an oil change, filter change and something else, it didn't take no time I don't believe I waited a good 30 minutes.
